This is a great opportunity. The United Nations University’s OpenCourseWare has great information online. Featuring courses like “Structures and Processes for Implementing and Operating e-Governance” or “Building a Community of Practice for Electronic Governance“, One could almost run their own government after completing all the online courses.
OpenCourseWare has been a great thing for the internet and learning in general. It is fantastic that such prominent Universities are using it.
