This is a great opportunity. The United Nations University’s OpenCourseWare has great information online. Featuring courses like “Structures and Processes for Implementing and Operating e-Governance” or “Building a Community of Practice for Electronic Governance”, One could almost run their own government after completing all the online courses. Connexions

Although Connexions looks a lot clunkier and less visually appealing than other sites featured here, it is quite a great repository of courses on many fields of study. One great thing about Connexions is how they feature different professors and scientists that write the courses. Although anyone can contribute, it is quite clear which courses the authors know exactly what they’re writing about. After browsing through a few courses, I was amazed at the amount of content offered.

Khan Academy is a fantastic resource. With a huge library of videos, feature over 2400 in all, almost every subject is featured. Anything you want to learn Khan Academy probably has something on it. They have videos on Physics, finance, history, and even practice exercises. Just like in school, Khan Academy covers a variety of topics in a course-style series.
